Your dragon companion grows as you meditate
In MeditaDream, every minute of meditation helps a companion grow: a dragon that hatches from an egg, moves to a new island as it matures, flies across a sky that follows your time of day, and talks to you with a dry sense of humor.

How does your dragon grow?

It grows with your total minutes of meditation, across eleven stages. The egg hatches after 10 minutes, the young dragon arrives after one hour of practice, the explorer at 300 minutes, the guardian at 1,000, and the cosmic dragon, the final stage, at 4,000 minutes.

- Young Dragon: 60 minutes
- Apprentice Dragon: 150 minutes
- Adolescent Dragon: 225 minutes
- Explorer Dragon: 300 minutes
- Wayfarer Dragon: 500 minutes
- Guardian Dragon: 1,000 minutes
- Ancient Dragon: 2,000 minutes
- Sage Dragon: 3,000 minutes

Its island changes with it
Your dragon lives on an island floating in the sky, and the island evolves with it: a rock, a meadow, a sapling, a great tree, a waterfall, crystals, a temple, then a cosmic island.
It lands, moves around, meditates on the ground, then takes off for a flight. The sky follows your clock: daylight, sunset, a starry night with planets, an aurora on some nights, and visitors crossing the sky.
Its moods follow your consistency
Meditate three days in a row and it is happy; seven days and it gets excited; fourteen and it turns wise. If it does not see you for three days it gets bored, and after a week it feels lonely. It celebrates every new stage and every stamp in your passport.
It talks to you too. On your first meeting: “Hello. I’m your spiritual dragon. I was supposed to be a tiger. There was an administrative issue.” After thirty days: “Thirty days. I may need to revise my theories about humans.”
Accessories to unlock
As it grows, it earns items: a tiny lantern and a meditation cushion at the apprentice stage, an explorer’s hat, a compass and a passport bag at the explorer stage, a golden crown for the guardian, a halo for the sage, and a stardust cape for the cosmic dragon.
Why a dragon for meditation?
Because consistency matters more than length, and it feeds on small joys. Watching your dragon hatch, then grow, makes you want to come back tomorrow, even for five minutes.
