My Meditations: write your own guided meditation

A line that helps you, a morning ritual, a visualization of your own: in My Meditations you write your own scripts, and the app reads them aloud, with the silences you choose.

How do you create your meditation?

My meditations: write your own meditations, read offline by a voice on your phone
Write your own texts and a voice on your phone reads them, even offline.
  1. Give it a title, pick the language (English, French or Spanish) and the category to file it under.
  2. Write your script, one sentence per line. The preview shows how many sentences you have and the estimated length.
  3. Add silences: a line “3 sec” on its own between two sentences, or [10] for ten seconds. An empty line also lets the script breathe.
  4. Press play: a voice on your phone reads your meditation, even offline.

Here is a short morning meditation, written the way the app expects, one sentence per line:

For a more natural voice

Playback uses the voices installed on your phone. The “enhanced” or “premium” voices sound far more natural: the app shows you how to download them, on iPhone and Android, and they then appear in the list.

Sort and find your meditations

Your meditations are filed by category, just like the app’s own. You can edit or delete them at any time, and every session you play counts in your history and your points.

Practice for free

Every session is in the MeditaDream app: free, no subscription, no ads, no account, and it works offline.
