A dream journal and four more: your private meditation journals

MeditaDream does not stop when the session ends. Five journals help you keep track of what you live through: your dreams, your gratitude, your emotions, the signs you notice and your spiritual experiences.

Which journals are in the app?

Private journals: dream journal, gratitude and growth, emotional journal, signs and synchronicities
Dreams, gratitude, emotions, signs — all kept on your phone.

How to keep a dream journal

  1. Keep your phone by the bed and open the dream journal as soon as you wake, before getting up.
  2. Write down what remains, even a fragment: an image, a place, a feeling. Do not try to tell the whole story.
  3. Add a word about how the dream made you feel.
  4. Read your notes back every week: recurring dreams and insistent symbols show up on their own. It is also the first step toward lucid dreaming.

Your session history

History of completed meditations with date, length and reflections
Every session you finish, with the reflections you wrote.

Every meditation you finish goes into your history, with its date and length. You can note your reflections there, across eight themes, and read them later to see how far you have come.

Your writing stays yours

Everything stays on your phone: no account, no cloud, nothing is sent. Every entry earns you a point, just like every meditation, and the Oracle reads your journals right on your device to offer tips that sound like you.

Practice for free

Every session is in the MeditaDream app: free, no subscription, no ads, no account, and it works offline.
