Guided shadow work meditation
Shadow & Well-being invites you to meet, with care, what you usually turn away from. The Shadow Work session helps you understand what a difficult part of yourself is trying to protect. Others reconnect you with your inner child, guide you through forgiving yourself, or let you repeat the four Ho'oponopono phrases with your breath. Short sessions also look at common fears: abandonment, failure, judgment and the dark.
Sessions last 7 to 21 minutes and are marked as intermediate. Each one moves gently, keeps an anchor in the body and lets you stop whenever you need to. They are meant for relaxation and self-exploration, not as a substitute for professional support.

Shadow work means turning toward the parts of yourself you tend to avoid, such as fears, old reactions or feelings you would rather not see. In this category, it is done gently, with the aim of understanding rather than judging.
What is Ho'oponopono?
Ho'oponopono is a practice built around four short phrases of reconciliation. In Heart-Centered Ho'oponopono, you repeat them in rhythm with your breath, without forcing anything, for about 15 minutes. It is a simple, gentle session to return to whenever you need it.
What if a session brings up something difficult?
You can pause or stop at any time. The sessions keep you connected to your body and move at a gentle pace. If difficult feelings persist, talking to someone you trust or to a professional is always a good idea.
