Guided astral projection exercises: first steps in detachment

5 sessions16 to 20 minadvanced

Micro-Detachment breaks astral projection down into five small gestures to practise before attempting a full exit. Feel the body's weight and a gentle pull toward the ceiling, shift the outline of your body by a few centimetres, move your point of view to just behind your head, slide down an imaginary slope, and rehearse sitting up in your mind until it feels almost real.

Sessions last 16 to 20 minutes and are marked as advanced. Practise them before the Astral Projection category: each one trains a specific sensation you will meet again in the longer protocols. Short, regular practice usually works better than long sessions spaced far apart, so take them one at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Why practise micro-detachment first?

A full astral exit combines several sensations at once. Training them one at a time (lightness, shifting, sitting up) makes each one more familiar before you put them together in a longer session.

How often should I practise?

There is no set schedule. Short, regular practice tends to work better than long sessions spaced far apart. Each exercise lasts 16 to 20 minutes, so it fits easily into a quiet evening.

Is it normal not to feel anything?

Yes. These sensations are subtle and vary from one person to another. The sessions invite you to notice without forcing, and they remain a pleasant relaxation even if nothing particular happens.
