Guided astral projection meditation
Astral Projection brings together eleven exit protocols. Some work with lightness, like floating toward the ceiling or rising up by pivoting at the pelvis. Others use classic techniques such as the rope, the imaginary fall or inner limbs. You will also find sessions to move and see in the astral, visualize your double, approach a sensed presence and note what you perceive of a target before checking it.
Sessions last 16 to 41 minutes and are marked as advanced. If you are just starting, practise the Micro-Detachment exercises first. Choose a time when your body is deeply relaxed and you will not be disturbed, and approach each protocol with curiosity rather than expectations about the result.

Frequently asked questions
What is astral projection?
Astral projection describes the feeling of perceiving from outside your physical body. These sessions approach it as a guided experience in imagination and attention, without making any promise about the result.
Which technique should I try first?
Floating Toward the Ceiling and the Rope Technique are among the best-known approaches and make good starting points. If you have not done so yet, the five Micro-Detachment exercises are a useful preparation before these longer protocols.
When is the best time to practise?
Some people prefer a moment when the body is deeply relaxed, in the evening or after waking. The longest sessions last up to 41 minutes, so choose a time when you will not be disturbed.
