Who it is for, and when
The Desert Oasis is for evenings when you need solitude and a little distance from the world. It offers a calm, safe space to be with what you feel. Its 13 minutes begin at sunset and end by a fire under the moon, and they suit anyone who loves wide, starry skies.
How the session unfolds
You walk over warm dunes at sunset as the first stars appear. A spirit of golden sand rises and calls a white camel, which carries you to an oasis glowing between palm trees. In a night market, an old merchant pours mint tea and lets you have a small lamp for a smile. Glowing butterflies fly out of it and lead you to a pool that opens like glass onto a hidden garden and an old Egyptian temple. Back by a small fire, under an immense moon, you may share one true thing with the night, or stay silent.
Tips to make the most of it
- Listen after dark, with the lights off or very low.
- Make yourself a cup of mint tea, like the one the old merchant pours.
- If a feeling is there, let it be, without looking for a name.
As you leave
The butterflies return to the lamp, the fire glows red, and you leave with the desert’s calm.

Do I have to speak out loud?
Not unless you want to. You may share one true thing with the night, silently or in a whisper, and saying nothing at all is just as welcome.
What is in the old lamp?
No genie, but glowing butterflies. They lead you to the pool and down to a hidden garden, then return to the lamp, which you keep.
Is The Desert Oasis only for difficult feelings?
Not at all. Whatever you feel can simply be there, without a name. Much of the journey is pure wonder: a camel ride, a night market and a hidden garden.
