Who it is for, and when
The Wolf Spirit Forest is for times when you need to feel protected and guided. Listen before a challenge, a difficult conversation or a step you are unsure about. Its 15 minutes invite you back to your instinct and a quiet kind of strength. Snowy forests, wild animals and the northern lights set the scene.
How the session unfolds
At the edge of a blue pine forest, under an enormous moon, you step onto fresh snow. A transparent wolf full of stars appears on the path, and snowdrops light up under its paws. A whole pack gathers, forms a circle and welcomes you, while your guide rests its forehead against yours. You run with them, faster and lighter, until you become a starry wolf yourself and howl at the moon. The northern lights form a bridge up to the icy ring of a giant planet. Back in a clearing, you sit by a sacred fire beside your wolf and keep its calm strength.
Tips to make the most of it
- Listen in the evening, lights low, so the moonlit forest feels close.
- Let the wolf beside you take shape slowly, in as much detail as you like.
- When the pack howls, breathe out long and slow, as if your own howl were rising.
As you leave
You thank the pack and your wolf guide, and leave with their song in your chest.

Are the wolves frightening?
Quite the opposite. They are wolf spirits, transparent and full of stars, who keep their distance until they welcome you as one of the pack.
Do I really become a wolf?
In your imagination, yes. As you run with the pack, your hands turn into paws and your fur fills with stars. By the fire, your body becomes your own again.
Will I see the northern lights?
You will. After the pack howls, ribbons of green and blue light gather into a bridge. You run along it, up to the icy ring of a giant planet.
