The Heart of the Earth: an immersive grounding meditation
Follow warm rivers of light deep underground, into a hollow land with a gentle sun of its own. There, among giant ferns and glowing flowers, an amber egg is waiting to hatch in your hands.

Go down through glowing caverns and rivers of warm light, all the way to a hidden world. Beneath an immense tree, an amber egg is about to hatch.

Who it is for, and when
Some days you feel scattered, rushed or a little up in the air. The Heart of the Earth invites you down toward something steady and ancient. At 15 minutes, it fits before a demanding meeting or at the start of a busy day. It will appeal to anyone who likes deep, primal places and gentle surprises.
How the session unfolds
Warm air breathes out of an opening in the rock, and a wide stone path leads you down. Crystal veins and emerald plants glow in vast caverns, and a wall brightens under your hand as if it were breathing. Rivers of orange light guide you into a hollow world lit by its own gentle sun. A giant butterfly leads you through a jungle to an amber egg resting among the roots of an immense tree. As you hold it, it beats with the Earth, and a small green dragon hatches. Glowing people offer you a word or an image, and a column of light lifts you home.
Tips to make the most of it
- Sit with both feet flat on the floor, or barefoot on the ground if you can.
- Carry a smooth pebble in your pocket afterwards, as a small reminder of this steadiness.
- If you like deep, low sounds, try Monolith, a drone, in Timed Ambience after the session.
As you leave
A column of light lifts you back up, with a little steadiness, like a pebble in your pocket.
