Guided qigong meditation
Sensations & Qigong turns your attention to the body in inner motion. Start by warming the hands around an imaginary ball, then follow the small circulation, a pearl descending from the belly and rising along the back. The Still Tree has you standing, arms around an imaginary ball, rooted without forcing. The last session, The Dance of Qi, brings qigong into motion until the body seems to move on its own.
Sessions last 20 to 25 minutes and are marked as intermediate. They suit you if you like gentle movement, standing practice and paying close attention to physical sensations. No prior knowledge of qigong is needed: the voice describes each posture, and you simply need a little space around you to move freely.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know qigong?
No prior knowledge is needed. The voice explains each posture and each step. If you have practised qigong before, you will recognise classic exercises such as the still tree and the small circulation.
Should I sit or stand?
It depends on the session. Warming the Hands and The Small Circulation can be done seated, while The Still Tree and The Dance of Qi invite you to stand. Choose a space where you can move a little.
What is the small circulation?
It is a classic qigong practice that follows a path through the body, down the front and up the back, in a loop. In the session, you follow it with your attention, like a pearl moving slowly along the way.
