Guided meditation in sacred places
Sacred Places takes you to seven remarkable settings. Sit beneath the Bodhi tree, visit an ancient pagoda among the lotuses in the rain, watch the mist rise around a Taoist sanctuary at dawn, stand on a Scottish cliff above the ocean, wait for first light at the centre of Stonehenge, breathe the pure air of a blue ice cave, or rest under the northern lights inside a circle of crystals.
Each session lasts 13 to 17 minutes and is marked as intermediate. They suit you if you love nature, travel and quiet places, and want the setting itself to steady your attention. The narration lingers on light, sound and texture, so each place becomes a calm space you can return to whenever you like.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know these places to enjoy the sessions?
Not at all. The narration describes each place in detail, its light, its sounds and its textures, so you can picture it clearly even if you have never been there. You may enjoy discovering these places for the first time through the sessions.
How long are the sessions?
They last between 13 and 17 minutes, long enough to settle into the scene without needing a large block of time. That makes them easy to fit into a lunch break, a quiet evening or the start of a weekend morning.
Are these meditations religious?
They take place in settings linked to different traditions, but they do not ask you to adopt any belief. The focus is on attention, calm and the experience of the place.
